so glad to see in the bulletin on Sunday that you and Loren are part of the team this week. I’m praying for safety, team building amongst the group, and that you may “grow in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to the father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light.” Hang in there I’m holding you up in prayer.

P.S. Who’s going to hold my hand in sewing class tonight? I might be in a little need of prayer myself.

We had a good day building houses. It’s 75 degrees (I even got a little sunburnt). We hope you are having fun with Grandpa and Grandma and being good.
    We love you

    Hi Melissa
I’m sure your kids are having a great time at Grandpa and Grandma’s. You won’t even miss parents night at Pioneer Club because it’s storm.
At Stitches of Love, we missed you last night….Julie had a fun and quick project….everyone was done by 7:45.
    Take care

Hi Mom and Dad. We are glad you are having a good time and getting the house built and its warm there. Its cold and icy here and I (Becca )didn’t have school so we went to Zach, Kyle and Brody’s house to play. We are sleeping good too (after Julia stops talking, she loves to talk you know). Logan is good too. He doesn’t give Grandpa and Grandma any trouble. We have been playing games with Grandpa and Grandma too. We all say prayers for you and Grandpa and Grandma Dykstra and Uncle Ross. Say hello to them for us. Well better say goodbye for now. Love you very much. Becca Julia & Logan

Sewing went well last night even if I didn’t have you there for support. The pictures look like things are going well
Brings back memories of Kent’s and my trip. It’s difficult to explain the roads and people of Guatemala until you’ve been there.
Those red walls in the main room, I helped put on all three coats. As well as the two coats of paint in the girls dorm, and just about every other room. Kent helped build the supports for the water tanks outside. It was quite the welding project!
You and the team as well as your families here at home are in my prayers. Nancy

    Hi Nancy,

I’m glad sewing class went well. It’s probably a good thing I wasn’t there so that you were able to get done earlier.
We are having a great time down here and your painting looks great.

    Hi Melissa:
Read about your “miracle” with the bottomless wheelbarrow of stucco. What an amazing thing to witness!
And it goes without saying that all of heaven is rejoicing to see lost souls saved.
Enjoy your day at the market tomorrow. By the end of the day you’ll be a whiz at bartering.

So how was the medical clinic? I find it unbelievable that a country values it citizens so little that it won’t give them the most basic of health care. I am so thankful for Dan and Heidi and the gift of compassion for the people of Guatemala that God has placed on their hearts. I don’t think I would be able to do it.

Hi Mommy and Daddy, It sounds like you are really busy. We have been busy too. Julia got to go to the Oolman party last night with Grandpa. Becca had a fever so she and Logan stayed home with Grandma. She is all better today. We went to the Bridal shower this morning. That was fun. Than we helped Grandma clean the house. We folded our clothes and put them away in our room. Grandpa said we could go to McDonolds so we went there tonight. Julia and Becca had chicken nuggets happy meal and Logan ate some fries. Tommorrow we go to church . Better go now,its getting close to bedtime. Love you very much. Becca,Juia and Logan
